Programme du vendredi et du samedi : Dr Jaime Jimenez Garcia & son technicien de laboratoire

During our lecture we will cover the way we treat Patients everyday with different techniques. We will try to follow different guidelines, to help the clinicians to understand when & How we decide to do them, based in the literature.

THE TITLE OF OUR one & a half day would be :
¨ Clinical Guidelines to Treat Patients with contemporary Implant Dentistry¨

General Guideline

1. During our presentation we will try to follow a General Guideline that we use with our patients in the office from the beginning to the end of the treatment.
The first part of the day we will cover how to treat patients in the ¨Anterior Region¨. We will start analyzing  the most important aspects to be consider, when we are treating patients in this area: ¨  Case selection ¨ in implant dentistry. Then we will talk about some clinical tricks of how we proceed to do the extractions and then we will finalize this part with the way of how to make the decision of when to do immediate implants, when & How to preserve and when to do delay implant dentistry.

Immediate Implants & Immediate Loading single Units (Clinically & Laboratory)

2 During the second part we will cover deep inside, with small details, the most important aspects of Immediate Implants (Surgical Part), trying to answer questions like  the way of placing implants with this type of technique, the type of implants that we should be using,  when & how to graft, why grafting ?, alveolar anatomy to be analyzed, etc…….

3 The next step once the impant is place, is to analyze when to do Immediate Provisionalization . We will explain the clinical guidelines we use to ¨approve¨ an implant to be immediately provisionalize, and how to perform the temporary for a single unit implant, the point of view of the lab technician as well as the point of view of the dentist.

Immediate Implants & Immediate Loading Multiple Units (Clinically & Laboratory)

Once single unit immediate implant cases are covered,  as well as the fabrication of the single unit  temporaries,  we will explain how to do multiple unit immediate implants and how to provisionalize them when the implants are ready to support an immediate restoration and when a removable device need to be use (Clinically & Lab technician). At this point we will answer important aspects that has to do with immediate loading like : type of diet, how to create the temporary, design of the temporary, the use of a interim prothetic abutments, one abutment – one time, number of implant for immediate Loading Cases, anImmediate Loading Protocol to follow between clinician & Lab.

Dealay Cases, Delay Implants & Multidisciplinary Treatment Plan for Single & Multiple Units (Clinically & Laboratory)

5 Our philosophy of work for the last 13 years has been working in a Multidisciplinary way. We believe, is the only treatment option that we have in a clinical point of view specially if we are dealing with a  difficult case.
For that reason we will explain how an Orthodontist , an Endodontist, a Prosthodontist …… can help us in our implant therapy.

Full arch cases: Surgically & Prosthetically & Laboratory Techniques.

6 In this last part we will go through some important aspects during the surgery when doing full arch, and we will talk about the Material preferences (Lab Technician) and some tricks to achieve good Oclussal Parameters, Good passive fitness as well as it importance, and good Esthetic Results.
